I am very happy with staff treatment to me.

Behind by 15 min. Office rooms are very run down. Stains on the counter, peeling stickers. Not welcoming.

Patients including myself were not happy about not being seen on time. When you arrived they said he was :15 behind schedule. He was actually :25 & we didn't see him until an hr after our appt time. 2 fellow I heard had to get yo work. Our time is just as valuable as theirs. I understand and appreciate they want to give the patient the time they need but then the appts should be made appropriately not overbooked. Thanks

Ortho always seems to have problems running late (and I get that), but I wasn't expecting it already by 10am. Good thing I had time to sit there.
