Dr. Yao and her assistant were very professional, attentive and caring.

The nurse was very nice she was pleasant to talk. My doctor explained and answered everything that I asked and very approachable. I was satisfied with my visit.

Dr Yao renewed my faith in really good internal med MDs after many years of preferring DOs. However, watching people struggle with the lab resin-g-n computer when they had already signed in for md visit gave pause. Should be able to have smoother system if not a walk-in just for labs. (Center is in midst of 3 building senior complex)
