Great experience

The nurse and the nurse in training were very attentive to my health concerns and medical history. My new personal physician, Dr Yao, was very patient, caring, and helpful.

DR Yao is Absolutely wonderful

Waited about an hour in the lobby and almost another 20 in the office. The doctors nurse did say it would be around 30 minutes behind. However, why is that information not shared earlier with the lobby staff so patients can come back. Being so behind with little communication was not good.

She's really a good provider.

Dr Yao was great! She was warm and friendly and knowledgeable, punctual and efficient without being brusque. I've already recommended her to my husband and I will definitely return for my physical next year.

Hi, doctor and her nurse took there time with me. I got my ear cleaned. I was there last time get my ear cleaned they could not do it. The nurse got it done. They are both wonderful.

My only complaint is that Dr Annie Shuang Yao is getting too popular. The care my husband and I receive at that location from her and the support staff is top notch and very personalized.
