When I arrived, I was unable to verify that I had arrived through the app. When I was called up to verify with an employee, it could not have been more unpleasant. There was no greeting, no eye contact and no smile. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but customer service shouldn't suffer because of that. Hopefully that won't be the case the next time I go in.

Dr. Yao is epitome of what a doctor is all about & others need to be that aren't. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience, respect, unraveling the utter confusion we as patients could be dealing with is hard enough but she is calming and has helped me & gotten me & taught me how to work many of my issues out. Excellent doctor & fine human being as well. Thank you for the opportunity.
