I need help getting from the parking lot into the office with a wheelchair. Since Helping Hands has been eliminated it is difficult. I called the office and was told someone would be out in a couple minutes. After 15 minutes I called again. Finally I received the help I needed.

She was patient with my questions and encouraging about my health going forward. I appreciated her positive perspective.

Shruti Parekh is a great provider. Zero complaints about her. She is awesome. However, someone in management needs to know that regularly changing appointment locations is NOT acceptable. Moving an appointment with only a couple of days notice is a problem. For patients who rely on others for transportation, even having to hire someone, this really causes problems! If your appointment is at Highland, and suddenly moved to Naperville, it's simply unacceptable. Naperville is 9 miles further, in the worst traffic in Aurora! It often takes an hour to get to Naperville - 10 minutes tops to Highland. Please think about your patients and don't keep rearranging schedules for some unknown reason, which is usually a management whim and definitely doesn't benefit the patient!

Shruti is a very knowledgeable and helpful Physician Assistant! I would recommend her to anyone!!
