The explanation of my knee situation was extremely thorough both pre and post -op. I was shown respect and taken seriously.

The only problem i have is the time it takes to service me after being called in the back. After being called back and seeing the nurse I had to wait an additional 30 min before being seen. I wish to be seen within 10min of being questioned by the nurse.
Everyone is always friendly , caring and understanding. They are concerned about the patients health or what issues they might have.
