The nurse who called me for the pre check in was rude, she would ask me a question i would go to answer then she would cut me off and she had an attitude , as if i was bothering her.
Dr. Dharia is exceptional. She looks at the big picture and listens to both the parent and the patient!
Dr Dharia has a very negative way of speaking to parents, as if we are not as smart as her. Her staff won't provide a steroid when called for an emergency and don't respond with a phone call back for several days. Not the best customer service experience

Dr. Dharia is an amazing doctor. She is wise and has wonderful bedside manner. Hard to find a doctor who has both of those things. She knows my son well and we feel confident with her as our pulmonologist. I have recommended the many times to other parents.
