The Physician's medical assistant was great! She was very thorough with the questions she asked , making sure we were on the same page in regards to information she was viewing. She took her time and spoke clearly, not rushing or speaking fast as if in a hurry. I felt very comfortable with her and appreciated the interaction with her. I am a new employee to Advocate and also had to change all my doctors. So far I am pleased. The phlebotomist that took my blood was great as well. Her skill in phlebotomy was great. I didnt feel anything. She verified my information and was very calm and pleasant. I am happy that I chose this doctor and her office to be my new primary healthcare provider. .
