Dr. Rocco is excellent, always so happy and kind when she comes into the room. You can tell she reviews chart before she comes in so prepared for visit. My only suggestion is to have the staff who come into the room to take vitals and ask a few questions to update chart slow down a bit. The lady who opened the door before we barely sat ourselves spoke so fast and seemed very hurried lil they are timed or something. Maybe a slight pause when they enter and introduce themselves then talk a bit slower please... just adds a little touch of customer service vs feeling like a number. Otherwise everyone was nice even her even though she was hurrying so much.
Dr. Rocco and her staff are always wonderful. They are empathetic and efficient during each call and every visit to the office. I always feel heard when voicing concerns and always leave feeling like the visit was productive. Thank you for always being so kind and compassionate!
