Dr. Rocco is an angel. We are so lucky she is our pediatrician. If only we could see her more, she reassures we are on the right path. The rooming staff member was quite strong in working with us. From down playing my sons hesitancy to shots, saying the cancer word to explain the purpose of a shot (which was alarming for my kiddo), pushing back when we advocated to what works best, we finally had to say 'let's wait for Dr. Rocco'. While I suspect it was not her intent our perception was bulldozing a calm environment Dr. Rocco's practice brings. The rooming staff was so rushed she also provided an AVS of another patient to us that I immediately returned saying it was not ours. Gratitude to Dr. Rocco and her consistent, outstanding care.
