Excellent provider. Personalized care for me and what I need. Very direct and easy to understand suggestions and recommendations that would work best for me. Easy to talk about any issues I have with. An outstanding provider.

I would like the facility to include signage that makes me feel welcome. Nowhere did it say anything about the facility being a safe space for all individuals.

My experience with doctor is good. Nurse is ok. But i waited there for long time for my doctor.My appointment was at 4.20 pm .nurse took me in 4.30 pm and after half and hour like at 5.00 o clock doctor see me. So i thing waiting time was more. Please do something for that. This new clinic is nice and tidy.

Dr. Mohis is the best Doctor I have had in 40 years.

I feel very comfortable with Dr Mohis she always carries herself in a very professional manner. She is easy to talk too and cares about her patients. In addition the nurse who also checked me in and did my Medicare exam was very professional and easy to talk too.

Dr Mohis is a Wonderful physician. She is attentive and kind. Her office is 10 miles from my home and i could probably find a nearer primary care . I choose to have my care with her.
