Dr. Farooq is helping me stay motivated to achieve all of my health goals. Although, I was reluctant at first to accept Dr. Farooq as my primary physician (I had a really great relationship with my previous Dr.), I have grown to really enjoy our doctor/patient relationship. Dr. Farooq has helped me to drop my A1C from 14 to 7.2 in about 5 months! I have already started recommending Dr. Farooq to my friends and family! I'm really happy that I found her!

I had the experience of meeting a awesome provider that listen to your medical problems and explains what's wrong and how is going to be taken care. Fist provider that I meet for the first time and made me feel like I knew her for a long time. She's going to be my primary provider. Thank everyone your awesome.
