The last two times I had appointments with Dr. Watters I was seen a half hour late. It's frustrating to be told "arrive 15 minutes before your appointment" which I do, but then have to wait an additional 30+ minutes to be seen for roughly 5 minutes. Otherwise everything was fine. All staff were friendly
Doctor listened very closely and came up with a solution to my problem.
Very busy doctor but she manages to take everybody seriously in a short period of time. Although she works quickly, she covered what I was there for and had enough time to hear my concerns. Love this, Doc!

Dr Watters is the best! She has been caring for me for 15 years at least. Always the best care and compassion.
I had trouble communicating the prescription quantity requested. Required a follow up phone call and waiting through computer voice menus. It took another day to resolve.
My entire experience was great. The clinical staff were great communicators.
The check in took forever. I pre registered online. When I got there the rep could not get system to accept my insurance card. Took at least 20 minutes to get it all futures out.
She was wonderful. She got me in right away because I was having difficulty with my asthma.
Typically when a student is involved there is a permission request for them to attend the visit. I did not mind, however, was not given an option.
