I wasn't able to see my regular family Dr. Who I trust 100%.. But his PA.. Was quite helpful..

They were running behind due to a moring emergency. I was informed . Nurse came in right away but the PA did not arrive for an additional 30 minutes. I had been informed that they were running behind so not a problem.

I felt like she cared.
