Dr. Patel was friendly and answered all the questions that I had.

I had concerns regarding my medication. Unfortunately, I have been conditioned to assume that I need to schedule appointments several months out. To my surprise, I was seen the next day- via video. This was great because I didn't need to take time off from work, nor did I need to wait months to find solutions to my current issues. Dr. Patel is absolutely fantastic. He listened to my concerns and made me feel like we were both active participants working together to find a solution, rather than making me feel that I was over reacting or minimizing what I believed was important. I trust that Dr. Patel will continue to put his patient's best interests first. I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to work on my health goals with a Doctor that is compassionate and knowledgeable, without feeling like I am just another lab rat or an insurance check. My experiences with this office have been refreshing while also motivating me to continue to work on my health goals and no matter my results, Dr. Patel and his team will push me to keep trying.

Dr Patel was great - patient , listened to me intently while I was crying lol. The nurse that took care of me was sullen , never smiled - seemed like she didn't want to be there . She was not friendly at all , given the fact that I'm Depressed I thought she would r a little empathetic . She needs to be more caring with her patients and smile !!!!!
