I was asked to arrive 15 min early. I arrived at 7:45 a.m. for my 8:00 a.m. appointment. They did not have a room ready until 8:10 a.m. Another patient was checking in for the same doctor as I for an appointment at the same time. He had to wait also, but was called in before me. Please don't ask patients to come early to just sit and wait for 25 min. I would not think the doctor would be behind schedule for this early of an appointment.
