Provider was quick but not rushed. Listened to my concern and advised me in a way I can understand
it was excellent!
I didn't feel the connection between doctor to patient. I actually felt like he implied we should stay with a pediatrician since my child is under 18. Dr. Chaung was nice and polite, however, I just don't think he's the right doctor for my adolescent son.
this was not the normal doctor I see at Advocate sowould need more time to evaluate
Dr. Chaung was very calming and knowledgeable. I brought my electronic medical records, but somehow he already had a lot of knowledge about my illness, diagnosis and medications I were currently taking (from another hospital!) - I've never had that happen before! He quickly went through my medication list and told me what I still need to take and what was not necessary and even had medicines refilled at my pharmacy, so I was able to just pick them up. I felt he displayed confidence in what was said and done throughout the visit!
He did his job very well
Had xray done and results won't be ready for a week??? To slow of response
