She was behind and seemed rushed.
The employees near the front door were very. This was the first time seeing Dr Schoch.
The history and prevention plans were not applicable to this visit.
She is a very good doctor. The only issue I have is she does not give you the warm fuzzies. It's right to the point and doesn't seem to have much sympathy. This is how it is and that's it. No personal interaction so you feel like your not a valued patient but just maybe another paycheck.

Unfortunately, I arrived at 10:55 for my 11:00 appt, but assistant did call me back until 11:50, apologized but not reason why I waited so long
Dr. Schoch clearly understood my goals and gave me various options for achieving them. I really appreciate her friendly, yet direct manner. I feel confident that I can recover quickly with long-term success.
