Everyone was courteous and attentive to my needs. Since I was having trouble walking they took the time to help me and make me feel secure. I was very encouraged with what was said and happy with my treatment.
Dr. shock is wonderful! Always on time and never rushing me.
The doctor, she was awesome. I loved her. Her knowledge, her experience, her professionalism, her compassionate personality. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She made me feel very comfortable. I know that she was very knowledgeable and concerned about her patients health concerns I really admire and respect her practice and how she views her patients an excellent and supportive concerned nature for a great outcome and recovery. My first time meeting her but I love her style professionalism, and she is also dropped dead gorgeous
Dr. Schoch provided me with all the information that I needed to know prior to my upcoming surgery. Her staff was also great at scheduling and giving me all the important paperwork that I need to proceed with prior to surgery. It's great to have all the answers to my questions before I leave, rather than having to bother the staff after I've left my appointment with questions that were not answered.
Very condescending. Didn't want to address an issue on other foot that seemed very similar and relevant. Felt like I was being blown off. Didn't really answer questions/concerns. This is my first bad experience with care at Summit.
