The experience I had at the facility was excellent. I had xrays before my doctor appointment and they were very quick to take my xrays and getting them to the doctor for my appointment.

Dr. O'leary is very busy and it was a long wait to get in to see him, but he took his time with me and explained what needs to be done to help me feel better.

He was very concerning and understanding of my condition explaining what to expect and how to manage it.

The building and amenities were much nicer than other Advocate and Aurora facilities I've been going to - and all of the staff were really friendly.

The negative thing that happens is when I mention that I am a veteran and need a "Referral" from VA in my records and that's where problems araise. Not all receptionists have been trained.
