need to spend more time with patients. it seems that doctor is being too rushed to see other patients and do paper work. this has been the new norm by the business administration for sometime. patients should be seen like human beings and now like a machine, seeing how many products you can put out in an hour!!!

The telephone answering system at Aurora in Lake Geneva is terrible. On many occasions I have waited 10, 12, 15 minutes for someone to answer and then am told someone will be with me shortly ! Then I talk to a person who asks for name, dob and why I want am appointment. I tell her and I wait again for doctor's nurse to call me back. There has to be a better way to get thru to the doctor's office
wish he would slow down and talk more.
Everything was great, but the masks need to stop. It's completely ridiculous at this point.
