I absolutely love that the nurse is in the room at the same time taking the notes so the doctor can face and talk with you directly so that I know they are listening to me and my concerns. My question is this. Why aren't all practices doing this so the doctor can actually listen to the patient and not be looking at the screen on the computer and patient feeling like the doctor isn't listening and doesn't care? Thanks for listening and making me feel heard and cared for!!!
