Felt the visit was more rushed than usual. Takes forever to get the phone answered when calling Aurora. Not doctors fault. The telephone answering system is terrible !
Shashi was gracious enough to squeeze me in when I called the office to tell them that I had trouble breathing. However, he seems always to rush things when he sees me, and comes to conclusions about the reason for my illness that are often incorrect.

The phone answering system is one of the worst I have experienced for the medical facilities. The wait is entirely too long when put on hold. The operators are very courteous and helpful once we are finally connected.
Dr. Bhushan is amazing. He alway answers questions even after I leave and checks up on me when I have been sick or injured. Very happy with my doctor!
