Dr. Bhushan is very good and remembers my history for my annual physicals. I appreciate his insight and thoughtfulness.

I had a positive experience. The health care employees were friendly and easygoing. I liked the atmosphere. I would like the doctor to understand that a deaf person like me likes to view both the doctor and the interpreter at the same time. The doctor kept referring me to look at the interpreter probably due to not wanting me to miss anything. I do appreciate his consideration. However the deaf patient like need feel more comfortable deciding on how to best obtain the information. The doctor and nurses were polite professional and caring.

I couldn't get thru by phone so I drove to the clinic to see if I could see dr.Bhushan.He made time to see me right away.THis is something u don't see by other providers. This is not a rare thing with dr.BHUSHAN.He cares about his patients. His staff go out of their way to help as well.i am very lucky he is my doctor.

Dr. Bhushan is an amazing physician. I needed to be seen quick due to an injury and he made sure to fit me in. After the appointment, he wanted to make sure I got further tests done. He told us to make the appointments before leaving. Luckily we stayed and did because we needed more information from my medical chart. We told the front desk, and he came out to the waiting room with his laptop do get us the information. Who can say they have such a committed and caring doctor? I am lucky to have him as mine.

My problem is with the phone service at Aurora, Lake Geneva. The wait is excessively long, especially for a medical facility. No excuse! Hire more people to answer the phones.
