This has nothing to do with the doctor, but I showed up and the machine needed for my treatment was broken, so I took off work to come to this appointment only to have to find out I had to reschedule. It was incredibly inconsiderate of the staff overall. Again, no shame at all to the doctor as that is not her responsibility.
