After the visit, I used the public men's room in the hallway near the Aurora pharmacy. Both of the men's toilet stalls were unclean, one physically dirty toilet seat and a door that would not securely close; the other one (wheelchair accessible) had a toilet seat that needs replacement, as it had odd bubbling on the plastic finish like it had been exposed to a caustic agent. This is not related to the actual provider or staff in the office; it is related to the general building maintenance in the corrodor on the way to the Forward Dental facility upstairs.
