Everyone was very professional and helpful. Good checkin process, seen within minutes of my appointment time and all my questions were answered. I was given good directions regarding lab and the phlebotomist was very professional when drawing blood. Overall very good experience. Keep it up~

Good access to my primary care physician.

I was establishing care with this provider as my primary provider due to another provider retiring. I chose him because I had seen him in the past. His mild manner of explaining treatment plans or changes in medication were explained in a way I could understand. I appreciated his professionalism and his willingness to answer questions to the best of his ability.

Provider experience was excellent. X-ray staff was fabulous. But, I had an X-ray to rule out pneumonia 48 hours ago and haven't gotten results. This is unbelievable to me. Stopped in the bathroom on my way out, absolute disaster.
