I was unfortunately not happy when I looked through my after visit summary and discovered that I had another patients information, last name of severson, that I shredded immediately. Wondering if I am missing part of my paperwork?

When waiting to speak with the scheduler after seeing the doctor, she was already on the phone and I had to wait, no problem. When she was able to assist me I thought she was very short with me when speaking to me and uncaring.
This was my third oncology appointment (once a year) with Dr Virani. I've always felt welcomed and that he understands me. The LPN was very nice and professional.
Seems only concerned with his own agenda. Does not consider the whole health of the individual. Told me " don't die before you start treatment" twice in this visit. Wether he thought it was funny, I did not
I love Dr. Virani. He is a wonderful Oncologist. I'm my opinion he has extended my life by many years.
