Arrived 20 minutes prior to appointment and receptionist would not check me in. Was abruptly told to sit off to side of check in desk and wait 5 minutes so check in would not be sooner than 15 minutes prior to appointment. I was very nervous about appointment already and this was very awkward and embarrassing. Why are patients not notified prior to arrival if this a policy. Not patient friendly experience!

He is perfect. Knowledgeable. Caring proactive. Understanding and looks at you when he talks. I trust him and am very happy with all about this practice. He has helped me more in six months than my last cancer dr did in 31/2 years. Everything is run top notch. Thank you for employing him and his staff. I was not rushed.
