Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and understanding. Everything was explained thoroughly and they helped me with my nerves going into the procedure.
The doctor was attentive and thorough,and showed genuine concern.
I expected to meet the doctor before the procedure and get a summary of the findings afterward. Instead, I only saw her once, when she briefly mentioned potential complications. She didn't speak to me after the procedure. A nurse informed me that polyps were removed, but I have no idea about their size or number. I also found out from the nurse that I had a clip put in and need another colonoscopy in 3 to 6 months. It would have been helpful to hear this directly from the doctor. I suppose I'll have to wait for the details to appear in my LiveWell app. I'll try to avoid having another colonoscopy with her.
Dr. Mehta and staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable.

This appointment took entirely too long. The medical assistant told us the doctor had one other patient before me, but it took over an hour from my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor.
The check in staff were very friendly. This was my first visit. The nurse that was assisting dr. Mehta and dr. Mehta were both very easy to talk to. Highly recommend
