It was a pleasant first visit with Dr. Bhatti. She mentioned she had reviewed my chart prior to the visit which I appreciated and asked a few questions to "fill in the blanks". She did not directly ask about my history of breast cancer or ask if anything was bothering me at the moment. Also did not address my medications therefore I had to send an email as I forgot to ask for refills while I was in the office. She did say she wanted me back in 6 months due to the several specialists that I was see stating she'd "rather be involved from the beginning than play catch up". I truly appreciated that statement as I haven't felt like I have had a coordination of care from my PCP in a long time. She seemed interested in making that happen. That is very important to me.

I really felt the provider knew me before she met me. Took time to go over all areas of my health. Very personable, felt a connection right away and learned a few tips too. I feel confident and trusting in my care with my care. Very very nice Doctor.

Good experience

I am very impressed with Dr. Bhatti. She took the time to get to know me as a person, not just a patient. She explained my test results so I have a better understanding. I'm very happy to have chosen her as my new health care provider! She was not in a hurry. Took time to be with me. Her bedside manner was back to the way it used to be when doctors cared about your well being. Keep her!!!
