This was my first visit with this physician. I was referred after a trip to the ER. Dr. Leong answered all my questions patiently and efficiently. Provided me with a follow up plan and referrals .

My dad had a 4:40pm appt, he was told to schedule an appt for 6 months, when we walked out, the office staff had left for the day. I had to take time out of my work day the next day to schedule his 6mon appt. What happened to having staff available when the last patient walked out?!? Keep staff there until the last patient leaves!!!!
