Dr. Leong Singh is the very best. He has the time to return phone calls and to listen carefully to me. He is never in a rush. He does a great job helping me.
I've been a patient of this medical practice for 30 years. When I needed care this week for flu, I was routed through a remote call center, asked many health history questions, waited on the phone for an hour to speak with a nurse who suggested I go to the ER. When I asked for an office appointment , one was scheduled for the next day. I consider the call center an impediment to my health care. Why does a call to the office now result in an hours long effort through a remote call center? My husband had this same experience this week. We're very unhappy about the direction Advocate Medical Group is going.
