The front desk associate, and Dr Barker's assistant were professional and were knowledgeable in answering my questions and explaining why I was in to see Dar Barker.

Dr Barker is a great listener. Appointments are conversations. Really appreciated her insights and background about communicating with her and her staff via multiple methods and which is most appropriate when. Also understand some of her challenges.

I like my doctor but I wish Aurora/Advocate would stop playing games with billing. Every year I spend much more time fighting errant billing than actually getting much from my doctor. Upcharging billing codes very much undermines trust. If you guys could fix that you'd be great.
