Everyone is always very professional and friendly in this office.
Dr. Simmons listens to me when I have concerns. He explains the procedure to me so I understand what to expect. I am definitely nervous/anxious about my upcoming surgery but I trust Dr. Simmons staff for my wellbeing.
The Pleasant Prairie location is so convenient and having access to x-rays and diagnostics in the same location is a plus. The facility was extremely clean & employees were friendly and helpful. Dr. was timely, professional and addressed all my questions and concerns. Extremely pleased with this visit.
Dr Simmons explained my condition by showing me all of test results. He explained my options and let me make the decisions. The treatment we decided on seems to be very affective. If I should need any further treatments I would definitely want them to be with Dr Simmons.
