I don't have frequent visits with Dr Simmons, however each time I've had a visit with him it was always great. He is straight and to the point (we laughed about that) he mad me feel comfortable and mad sure I understood what my options were. I will always recommend him to anyone that needs a great ortho physician.

This was just a first appointment. My treatment appointment is yet to come. Overall staff were friendly and accommodating in answering questions. I have been impressed with the quickness in appointments and continuing care appointments. I do feel that the building does need clearer directional signage in lobby and halls. The lobby desk was not staffed on arrival so it was some minutes of determining where I needed to go. Eventually a person did approach me, I was not sure they worked there though until they eventually walked behind the lobby service desk. Had there been clear obvious signage though I'd have not needed them.

The way the rooms are laid out and the way you are assigned a rom and seen privately is wonderful. Very easy to follow and professional
