There is nothing worse than feeling brushed off by a physician you want to trust. I am educated on my health and know my body and when something isn't right. I was not treated this way but instead received standard textbook answers disregarding past issues and worsening symptoms.

Waiting over 45 minutes to be called back was not ideal, especially since the front desk didn't mention anything about running behind when checking in. Nobody apologized. Terrible first impression for this office.
