Office staff, MA, and MD were all fantastic. Was greeted with a smile at the front desk, MA introduced herself after she called my name. MD thoroughly explained the procedure, what caused my injury, and the follow-up steps. It was my first time meeting this physician and I thought he was really personable and easygoing. I hate to say I'm looking forward to a future visit. ;)
