Very cooperative doctor

Dr Govindan it's very attentive and listens to my questions and answers so can I understand. I would highly recommend her.

I arrived early to sign in and was promptly seen by the Doctor even before my appointment time. This was the first time I had met her. She was thorough, easy to understand and listen to my concerns.

Dr. Govindan is always so thorough with my medical history and current issues. She asks questions, listens and provides various treatments to help.

I am a big fan of Dr. Govindan. I very happy with the care I receive from her.

At my last appointment I felt very comfortable with this doctor, who was very attentive, professional and very interested in my health. I felt in her questions about my health, thank you very much for recommending me to this person.

Overall, the practice rarely has appointment times. It would be ideal to have more Dr availablity so that I don't have to schedule so far in advance (up to 4 weeks for a physical exam.) This is especially important for a sick visit.

The person who drew my blood was not friendly. After she took the blood I felt light headed and told her that. Instead of being caring and asking what I need or if I would like juice/water she just asked what I ate that day, why was I fasting (I've been sick and can't hold anything in) and then told me I should not have done the blood. This is all while I'm feeling light headed and unsure what might happen next. Instead of trying to care for me in the moment, it felt like I was a burden to them. Would have been nice to be offered juice or water rather than questions while I'm not feeling well
