I'm a new patient and have had an excellent experience, in a relatively short time I feel my diabetes is already so much better because of Dr. Swarts and her team. They really listen to me, answering my questions, taking my health serious and finding positive solutions to improve my health. For the first time in a very long time I'm feeling great, positive and excited!!

She came in the office swiftly after the nurse exited. Seemed to be in a hurry. Did some explanation re how each love of the thyroid works. Didn't listen to me. Relied only on past thyroid lab work, & seemed to dismiss my concerns re past thyroid issues. I asked about some other concerns & was quick to let me know that that isn't anything that she would address. Referred me back to my primary. Best part of the appointment. I didn't feel like she was hearing me as an individual. Waste of my time & insurance payment.
Dr. Swarts was GREAT! I went in pretty anxious about my diagnosis and possible treatment, I left it feeling energized about the steps we outlined to tackle it. I felt she heard what was important to me and is willing to work with me to achieve it. It was a wonderful visit.
