I was unhappy with this appointment. What the appt was for was to determine if insurance would provide a wheelchair for my mother. There was a form to fill out but no where on the form did it say what criteria needed to be met to a get a wc. After the first question it was determined that she was denied. It would saved a lot of time if I knew this before hand as I would have never scheduled the appt. Total waste of time that could have been prevented with better screening. Also a waste of money paying for the appt. Totally unhappy.

The team was great, they were very attentive and very concerned about my health and wellness. I feel Blessed!
