Usually I am seen within 15 minutes of appointment but after 50 minutes hadn't been seen. I spoke with staff who apologized but said Doctor had been involved with issues of earlier appointments and had fallen behind. I was seen shortly after. Nurse and doctor were apologetic. Doctor very attentive as always. I appreciated staff being responsive to my lateness inquiry and felt I was treated very well by all and did not feel my time was rushed.

The Dr. gave me information about my next wellness exam; Talked about health issues that are related to my age now: beginning of glaucoma and incontinency. Informative visit.

Advocate Aurora sends out WAY too many reminders, often in the middle of the night. I don't need reminders.
