Dr. Jorgenson was wonderful, she listened to my concerns and needs, and she and the nurse (I'm sorry I can't remember the nurse's name) were very accommodating. We experienced some technical issues while trying to connect for our video call appointment, so that was a bit unfortunate but not at all the fault of my care provider. I do wish that ENT specialists were a little more accessible at Advocate Medical Group, rather than having to be sent out to see an ENT doctor. I was really hoping to have been able to come to a solution such as obtaining a mouth guard for my sleep apnea, but there's an entire realm of tasks that need to be completed before I can receive one, which is frustrating because I was choking in my sleep just two weeks ago.

The doctor was kind, professional, and went over my history for the most part. I did have to wait a bit overall and had follow up questions when I left, but other than that, it was helpful and a great physical appointment.

Waited a long time to get in to see the doctor. My appointment was at 9:30 am not sure how she could be 40 minutes behind when I had an early morning appointment.
