Sarah is very compassionate and also provides excellent health care. She knows my very complex medical history and crafts my treatment plan always with this in mind. She has never given me bad advice. Always, her suggestions, after visit action plans, etc. are helpful and keep me in my home vs. ending up in a hospital or nursing home. I look forward to our every 6-month visits because I always leave more knowledgeable and better informed about my health and wellbeing. She truly puts the care in healthcare.
