Hello, everyone I dealt with from reception all the way through my appointment was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Great job is done at this location by all.

Dr. Bahe could not have been more kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I wish every healthcare provider were this approachable and helpful. The individual who was at the check-in desk, however, was an entirely different story. The administrative assistant -- whom I've encountered before -- was a middle-aged woman with glasses and a bandaged left wrist. She was testy, disorganized, rude, condescending, and completely unsympathetic. She regularly cut me off while I was talking and seemed completely incapable of multi-tasking. I felt like I was an impediment to her job as opposed to the reason for it. As I was leaving my appointment, I overheard her being similarly unhelpful to another patient, curtly telling them to call another number as she was only clerical staff. She got my visit off to an unpleasant start (though it was salvaged by Dr. Bahe's thoughtful manner). Some sensitivity training might go a long way for this staff member.
