Sarah was excellent as always - such a bright personality at Aurora. On another note: Kudos to Aurora for contributing to America's pollution problem. Glad to know when the oceans and landfills are filled with Speculums - Aurora can proudly raise their hand and say "we did this" - way to make America Great again...with plastic, throw away Speculums. On my itemized bill - I can't wait to see what I'll be charged for the "throw away" item- Come on Aurora - you can do better than this! This is disgusting! Health Care is WAY too expensive and wasteful! Enough is enough! Love Sarah though!
The PA tried to make me feel comfortable about an exam I hate.
The waiting area of this office is depressing. The color is dark and is not hopeful. I also felt there should have been a curtain around the exam table.I could hardly cover myself with the sheet so that I wasn't exposed when the door opened! The provider took as much care as she could when she entered the room but it was somewhat uncomfortable . Sarah is an excellent provider and I am totally satisfied with her care but these other items could make the experience better
