Sarah always listens and thoughtfully answers questions. She is approachable and professional.

While I was happy with my experience with my health care provider, my experience with the nurse was a little questionable. She seemed flustered and rushed. She was not caring or compassionate. I was a bit nervous and concerned about her competence.

The psr ladies in the front were not professional and very gossipy. I could hear comments in the halls about the patients, and at one point someone saying "good lord" .. Sarah Jabs was wonderful to work with. After my appointment it was after hours so I was told someone would call to schedule a follow up and blood work. I am still waiting for a call.
