Had a glitch I guess during check in where it didn't actually check me in to the computer. I ended up waiting almost an hour. I had to go up to the desk and ask about it. I feel the front desk should have been more aware of the people in the waiting room as I was the only person sitting there for an extended period of time. The RN and Sarah Kaldem were excellent though and very apologetic. Their care was great.

When I try to enter Live Well on my I-pad the security code will not appear in my e-mail, only on my cellphone.
