Excellent overall experience! The CNA and Sarah Kaldem were both outstanding. Kaldem, NP, explained the options very well. She took a biopsy and removed another lesion and these were totally painless. I had no sense that there was any rush or time limit on my visit, which is something I experienced with Dermatology about ten years ago. Sarah and the CNA were extremely well-prepared, and worked very smoothly as a team. They were 100% on time. They were very attentive to my needs and questions. I give them my highest compliments and recommendations!
