Front desk needs to keep better track of patients waiting. This visit was an example. The person I checked in with didn't complete the process so the doctor didn't know I was there and waiting. Doctor finally came out to the waiting room and saw me waiting. Not a real big deal but could have been prevented.

Absolutely love Dr. Nolan! We normally see another provider, but she was willing to see my child in his time of need. I was so concerned with my child's health and she made me feel confident that it can be resolved. She even followed up with me to see how my child was doing. So appreciated.

The in house pharmacy should be in contact with dr. office. As the covid shot was in pharmacy. I was happy to get lu in dr. office and covid in pharmacy.
